The Inclusive Humanitarian Gender Bias Scenarios:

This innovative de-biasing solution is a simple, low-cost set of scenario-based dialogue cards that can be used to guide crucial conversations, raise awareness of gender bias and help participants identify and plan broader changes in their workplace. The Inclusive Humanitarian Gender Bias Scenarios were co-designed and tested with humanitarian practitioners and organizations. While this solution has been tailored specifically for humanitarian organizations, the approach could be applied to other types of organizations.
