We have extensive experience in strengthening gender equity in organizations by crafting and implementing gender policies and behavioral design innovations within the workplace. We know how to achieve change within organizations – no matter how big or small - through holistic approaches coupled with strategic planning.

Technical expertise & advising

We offer short-term advice or longer-term engagements to support individuals, organizations and other stakeholders advance their gender equality agendas and further their goals of achieving a violence-free, gender-equitable world. Engagements could also be research-oriented or involve adapting and/or scaling solutions to other contexts. Creative projects to ignite social change across broad and diverse audiences are our passion.

Immersive learning & capacity strengthening

Learning and capacity strengthening are core to our mission. We develop and implement a variety of learning solutions – ranging from traditional e-learning modules and courses to experiential, scenario-based learning that leverages innovative technologies.
